Free, online retreat for Veterans
Hey all,
Just wanted to let you know that I am going to be leading an online mindfulness retreat for Veterans! It will be on Zoom - Saturdays from 10 - 11:30 AM Eastern (9 - 10:30 Central) May 1, 8, 15, 22.
It will be totally free for men and women who have served in the military. We will be discussing various tools for management of stress/anxiety/depression/PTS(D) by focusing on breath-work, mindfulness, and the concept of neuroplasticity. We will do some therapeutic writing (you will not be required to share with others!) and creative work. We will also practice some gentle, therapeutically-focused yoga. The yoga practice will offer many options and modifications to be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or physical limitations.

Also, I will be leading an in-person Expedition Balance retreat this September in Texas, so I’ll announce those dates when I have them.
